They have a bowl of airplane headphones at the entrance in case you forget yours which is great because all the cardio machines have cable TVs that you can't help but watch.

They have plenty of machines, but it's too hot and stuffy to do much. Even exiting to the hallway feels immaculate in comparison. Also, no stretching area :(

The pool is very short you have to do a lot of lengths to make it worth while. Watch when turning only 3ft deep so it's easy to scrape toes and knees. Open from 5am - 11pm - James Parton
