Natalia at the Kiehl's counter is the best! Not only is she very attentive, courteous and kind, she also pampers you with lots of samples for products you may want to try!
Love the fast turnaround time on the alterations department . The sales people are pretty pushy though.
Their bathroom is great! More of a lounge , great place to change your child's diaper & to relax if you need a break or breast feed.

If you want to get TOMS on 3rd st. This is the place. And the way they do guest receipts is amazing.

If you're in the skincare department and/or Kiehl's counter, look for Carolyn, she's super nice and helpful!
If you're looking for a new purse , Terry in the handbag department is the best! Excellent customer service.

For make up artist , look for Savanna at the Bobbi Brown counter . She is super awesome!!!
