A quaint children's bookstore in Kansas City famed Brookside neighborhood . The store specializes in children's literature and is one of the few independent bookstores left in the city .
If you don't have kids, this is a good place to go to buy interesting, lesser known children's books that might be out of print by the time you do (i.e. Scribe's "There's An Octopus Under My Bed").
Wonderful place for kids and adults alike. One of our favorite haunts! Summer programs are excellent too.
