Despite this store being super busy, someone always gives me eye contact and directs me as needed within seconds of entering the store. Kind of amazing, actually.

go to the University Village location for new product launches. the Southcenter location's management is mentally ill-equipped to deal with such events , as proven during the iPad Air release.

If you need help call ahead and make an appointment . I was in and out in no time when my iPhone 4S froze up. They reset it for me and I took it home and restored it from iCloud.

The overgeneralizations folks make about Apple & its employees are appalling. If you don't like Apple, fine, but don't bother being passive-aggressive while you check in & don't actually come in here.
