At the former Cafe Hoang Chinatown location. New owner. Huge portions , very authentic according to someone in the know.
Seems to be new ownership. Different menu and the food seems to be much better across the board — house special pho is more flavorful, noodles more al dente , and the portion size has increased 50%!
Big portions and delicious broth. Delivery is super quick too.
