I have never had a problem here , they make good food and when a mistake is made they fix it ! I know I go there a lot but jack in the box is number 1 for ! When I ask for well done I get it !

Terrible service. Gave wrong order and couldn't understand what was being said to me. I understand Spanish but this lady's Spanglish was horrible.
