Employees are friendly , Hotel is fairly new and close to the beach
really small rooms, no bathroom wall only a curtain, balcony with air condition that blows hot air 24/7 so you better never open that window. Small closet space (which is in the bathroom btw).

We stayed in an amazing villa compound (Baan Chirawan) within the larger resort. Spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and great pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. - John Niedermeyer
