Double Cheese Burger , Chicken Burger & McFlurry are my top McD options for a quick snack once in a while. Calories and Macros are mentioned on the packs too.
Birthday celebrations can be more fun in McDonald's because food is great, host is.not so noisy and staff are uber attentive.
Add big tasty sauce to your burgers , and ask for it on the side with your fries :D

Arrogant Staff . Over worked and under paid. The guy on the counter (Ram Ji) made a big deal about extra Ketchup . The manger however apologized.
