Ask for Melani ! She is by far the best waitress , she loves getting to know her customers!! She knows my order by heart, and I've only been in Few times. She is awesome!

Idk what it is but no matter what Steak N Shake you go to even in different states it is consistently HORRIBLE service. I think it's because they give you the check & walk away like they r done w/you!

No longer open for breakfast . Looks like most locations around here no longer serve breakfast . Coit and George Bush location still 24hrs .

Stay away! Completely disgusted by what I found in my drink from @SteaknShake -looks like spigot from drink machine! Gross! Manager knew, but just kept saying she wasn't there when it happened!

Steak n Shake has happy hour every day from 2-4 pm with 1/2 price drinks & shakes ! Yum!!

Yell at the drive thru microphone because it's apparently broke because theyre the only place that can never hear you. It's been that way for months.
