My favorite Walmart in a way! Once you live in Henrietta for over 15 years, you get used to the RIT faces! Lol

this store is a absolute dump - poor customer service- empty shelves- no shelf tags for pricing - it would be a benefit to henrietta if the roof collapased- flooding caused by sprinklers , bomb or fire

Restrooms are clean ; one of the business inside has free WiFi . WiFi network name is "Red Chilli Corp"

I loathe walmart, but their vision center is fantastic. It's like an oasis.

Makes you wonder if the savings if worth the 45 minute check out wait. Wish I was paid to stand around and talk

Seriously needs a good cleaning . And don't come on welfare and food stamps day. It's packed.

Try to be kind to the earth & not use plastic bags... and they always make me feel like a criminal when I leave, checking my receipt :(

Whatever u do don't store your credit card on Walmart.com for online shopping. Charges will be made & Walmart will not help you or your credit card company. Be warned!

Open 24 hours and good customer service

$70 worth of party supplies and beverages at Walmart = about $150 of the same at Wegman 's. Walmart was a good choice.

Seems a little raunchy.

Self check out was a disaster as it required employee assistance who couldn't remove an unwanted 2 yr warranty on a DVD we were trying to purchase.

Make sure to check your receipt before you leave. The cashiers are notorious for double charging you.

Walmart is open 24 hours but to get a money order you have to go before 11 pm

Be nice to the associates and they will love you long time

I think they hire the oldest and the slowest people to work in the deli . Of course it's the busiest place.

Nice people in the jewerly department stop by and treat yourself!

Assistant Manager Sean was incredibly nice and helpful and made my day.

Avoid at all costs! They have lots of register , but unlike Wegmans , they only keep 4 or 5 open at a time. It's not worth shopping for anything except chewing gum.

Do Hoodrat things with your friends.

Terrible store, only worse one is Hudson. Cramped, associates don't do their job and are incompetent, and parking lot usually a mess. Chili store is much better

Poor service. Waited over 10 minutes for an Hispanic employee in front of me in line to cash her check. I walked out leaving $100 in groceries on the belt.

I feel like this place supports a local hire-an-inmate program...
