As you expect with any Costa Coffee place . Good coffee , the food is pricey as expected. Good for a stop off while shopping.
For a festive treat try the honeycomb hot chocolate , very nice!

If you don't have children, don't get a table before you've been served. It's obnoxious.
Unbelievably poor coffee . Everytime I am forced to have a Costa, I get something that tastes like dishwater. Sad thing is that they are everywhere. There is probably a Costa under your bed.
Go somewhere else to get coffee . The staff don't look like they care, the coffee is poor and plates dirty . No love for coffee here! Disappointing.
