If you're in need of a basic gym for average fitness, its hard to knock Planet Fitness. I work out here usually and the people are friendly
Everyone is in their own workout world. Not concerned with what others are doing. Smaller PF than the one in South Philly but nice!
I love the fact that it's 24 hours and the staff is always cleaning . ????
Choose your hours carefully, just like any other planet fitness, it can be crowded between 4 & 8 pm. hrs.
12am I dont have any problem getting to use the equipment I need.
Come during the off peak hours it can get pretty busy
Try to add bicycle dips to your workout, its cardio and tri work
