A very luxury hotel which make you feel like you're living in palace ..
I just checked in the room is so big good equipment. Had late lunch at the bar the food and drink where great.the staff are so helpful and friendly
Above all, the staff is not very nice and the rooms really have a knack for displaying the poor care and attention the staff gives them. If you're allergic to dust, be sure to bring your allergy meds

Classical decor. Had a sweet scent in the lobby and public areas--not sure if it bothers anyone sensitive to smells.

Rooms haven't been properly cleaned since opening day. The decor is unpleasantly antiquated . Bathrooms in the rooms are moldy and poorly lit (probably to mask how dirty they are). Avoid this hotel .

Upgraded rooms for SPG members are better than average. The bar makes a great cup of coffee .

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Unfriendly, rude staff , disgusting, dirty rooms and some rooms have a putrid stench. Avoid at all costs.
Aim to be a OSH establishment. Devour badly needs refresh. Staff put effort into being efficient, need coordination at times. Food standard OKish.

Too expensive for the less than 5 star service. Hotels is really nice and facilities, but some of the staff could improve service levels

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. It should be shut down. Bathrooms smell like rot, and pillows have mysterious stains. Please see attached photos.

Please forget this otel because internet 15 Euro.Thing about it 5 star but Service ic 2 star....
Be aware if you do not have euro in cash to pay for your taxi this hotel is not allowed neither to pay out-of-pocket and to include in your bill, nor they have ATM in-house. Frustrating.

Avoid this hotel . Reception staff has bad attitude, the interior of the rooms are dated. For the luxury traditional style , try princess di savoia opposite instead.

В Милане с отличным месторасположением . И от вокзала недалеко, и к центру и Дуомо близко! Рядом есть парк , в котором можно прогуляться! До Дуомо 20 минут пешком.
Классный отель если отдыхать с семьей , отличные завтраки и никакого вида из окна ) просите выше 7го этажа !

Waiting time for Sunday brunch is around 15 min and it's totally worth it. Definitely try the bruch plate! Desserts are so good you won't know which one to get - Athina ???? Fr
