Sushi Paradise

Best sushi in Maui! Get the Chef 's special. Lovely service, but expectedly a bit slow, coz it's a mom (takes order) and pop (cooks food) shop. It's well worth it, so be patient :)

Make a reservation , as there aren't that many tables. You may still have to wait, but it's well worth it. Oh yeah, you might get lucky and see Iron Chef Morimoto walk in.

If you are reading this, go here!!! If you are already there then get the ahi tuna appetizer , tuna sushi , snapper sushi , and the spicy salmon roll . Best sushi meal I had on the island and elsewhere!

Make a reservation and get there early! There is one chef and one waitress . The food is fantastic but takes a long time unless you beat the rush.

Expensive, super tasty, but service is glacial. There is 1 chef and 1 waitress so prepare for a 2-2.5 hour service. It is totally worth it, but come prepared to wait.

Best sushi I ever had.

We couldn't get into Koiso so came here instead. Pleasantly surprised.

Chef Watanabe is the best! (:
