This can quickly lead to shopping cart abandonment but also disillusionment with the Rewards program , as it appears to be an intentional way to foil redeeming the earned rewards coupons.

with my wifes name i contact my jc penney credit card support and the reward support and jc penney they all said that they can release information so in a way were are lock out of my own account

THESE ARE SERIOUS ISSUES WHICH WILL LEAD TO A REVERSAL OF CURRENT ADVANCES. I advise JCP to correct these problems as soon as possible if the company is to survive

I work at JCPenney in asset protection in the Raleigh NC area. This company is HORRIBLE to work for! JCP changed and it is not the same, ALWAYS changing for the worse! just want to warn everyone.

The JCP credit site is engineered to make it difficult to schedulie payments. A $40 payment appears as $8. only 5 payments can be set up. Check routing & account #s shift & payments are refused.

Open on Thanksgiving Day.....that is outrageous! What about all your employee's families? You obviously care little about them! Shame on you!

I ordered some items for my wife for Christmas and JCP.com shipped the items to Walmart. They haven't been seen since and I'm still fighting the bills with JC Penney.com. Caution!!!

Your JCP online store direly needs retooling. It is impossible to apply rewards codes, it will not accept current codes. the cart additions are not difficult but the checkout is frustrating

I have amazing success stories as a supplier here. Hope be back to textiles someday :(

JCPenney.com has been a nightmare for me, and has destroyed my Christmas. Don't order, don't use Paypal with them!! I never received my items, and I may never financially recover from their mess.

Don't waste your time dealing with the people at the end of JC Penney.com's customer service/help line. They are clueless and lead you for hours on a runaround getting no help. It's a lost cause.

Visitors: make sure you remember which lot you parked in (North or South). This campus can be super confusing to newcomers.

JCPENNEY should start selling Ivanka clothing line. This would boost sales and make Penneys a high class store, we would all love it.
