Best thing to do is to buy a 500 rmb pass - either for a month or for 15 uses. Get your health card by the entrance. Bring your swim cap.

Clean water and well organized ,not so many people on weekdays:)

Decent enough swimming pool , although apparently planned by complete idiots (stairs between pool and changing rooms, no shower at pool). Quite expensive for the value (40rmb for 2 hours).

Avoid going in the evening (unless you like water fights): very crowded with very inconsiderate people. Caps required but not showering before swimming , spitting commonly accepted.
