Curiously, dry chicken noodle bowl is served with ‘taugeh’ (bean sprouts ), which is missing in the soup version. Easy & enjoyable to eat
Fresh spring rolls appear big because they use a lot of vermicelli (‘bee hoon ’) stuffing. Accompanying fish sauce is light & fragrant
Enjoyed the light yet tasty soup from the chicken noodles , although not served with mint leaves or bean sprouts . Like the dry version, $6.90 per bowl

Noticed the table next to us eating this mini ‘yutiao’. In Vietnam, locals dip this 'quay' into the pho soup . Will try next time ????
