Look for parking at basement P1 /P2, got many parking there. No need to go round and round at the multi level parking . The Jaya Grocer is the reason I come. got many import brands grocery .

History seems2b repeating itself.Dying a slow death like d previous Phoenix Plaza.Shops r closing down 1 by 1.Perhaps whn the MRT is operational,it might see more customers.But 4now, it's barely alive

Its a newly refurbish mall with many branded stores r opening up there. A few manicure shops available there. But i like the most is the one beside sushi tei restaurant where they hv a massage chair

Not crowded , quite lots of branded shops here , going to be since mrt just operating, how u can survive till then.

Perfect dining place- Sweet Bowl! Good food with affordable price ! U can get local coffee and delicacies☕️ from laksa to tong sui! They even have homemade cake !

A depressing mall with a low occupancy rate. There's surprisingly a Uniqlo , Old Town , and Wong Kok here. Paid RM2 for weekend parking .

Very inconvenience for families to shop, if u got baby sure u get headache caused no mom feeding room and should have some travelators.

Feel sooo empty. Hot inside the building. No motorcycle parking . Need to park outside. No seatings in the mall which is sooo incovenient if you are in waiting mode.

Uniqlo and Cotton On closed down. Nothing to attract anyone here anymore. Death is imminent unless the management go all out to bring back the crowd and shops. Going the same path as Phoenix Plaza .

Indoor parking lot very dark and dangerous especially in night time. Ground floor outside parking charges per entry RM7 no matter how many hours. Damm expensive zzz

Rundown place with rundown shops. Hanging on a single thread. Only reason to come here is only the TGV cinema here.

Compared to 3 years ago, the mall is rather empty. Lots of shop closed down. It's pretty sad since MRT had just begun operation. The only saving grace is TGV Cinema .

This is just another Viva, a shell mall . Major anchors like JG and Uniqlo here though. Starbucks most patronized.

Pretty an average mall . Mgmt need to do something on the unlited dark alleys entrance to the parking . Doesn't look welcoming to me.

parking area direction signage is horrible! can easily cause accidents! this mall outside is ugly but inside is okay. luckily got jaya grocer !!!
