You must try the sushi bar at S5. Pricey but tasty especially the squid .

You can come and go between 1st Termianl and 2nd Terminal of Narita Int'l Airport on foot in 10 mins.

Make sure you have a meal before you go through security - inside the choices are limited and average at best.
