The guy in the kitchen/bathroom area was not helpful at all. The staff is usually great aside from this experience.
Avoid the Charlotte Pike store like the plague. Very weak customer service. No shortage in personnel, they just piddle around and talk with each other. Employees need retraining in customer service.

As Lowe's go, pretty weak. Especially the garden department. Very slow and don't really know what they're talking about.
Don't go to Lowes if you want to buy wood for a project. They won't cut it for you. Buy from Home Depot instead.
Not helpful in paving dept.
