Nice located hotel in walking distance to pier . Very friendly staff and free coffee and breakfast . Only disadvantage: no AC in room!

Step right out of your room and onto one of the most beautiful run/bike trails I have ever experienced. You can rent free bikes from lobby for two hours.

Make sure you ask for a quite room on the 2nd floor. We where on the 1st floor and every move the person above us made, sounded like Robocop stomping around.

The complimentary continental breakfast is delicious. On our stay, there was a great variety of people. Convenient location across from the beach and steps away from State St. Would stay here again!

Prime Oceanfront Real Estate. No pool/bar service. They change $2 per cup for in room Keurig coffee . Small rooms although "cute ". Not for Adult getaways.

Great hotel , make sure to take advantage of the free bikes for a ride on the beach .

The breakfast is a rip off, first of all the room has always been over crowded , we had to wait standing for a place to sit, and the choice of food is very poor

Room 202 mattress faulty never been turned painful to sleep on ruined first nite there avoid it! Waited for hours next morning for another room!
