One of the last Italian delis in the area! I have been coming here since the 80s. Always great, lines can sometimes be a bit much. So you can call or use order ahead.

Back open in early 2020 after a few months of being closed. Apparently a cousin of the original owner is now operating it. Glad this RWC tradition has returned!

Go for the godfather - it's the king of Italian sandwiches - take it to the Pulgas water temple for a picnic

The Godmother is Hans down my favorite, followed by the grilled paninis . The mac n cheese is do of too.

Ask what the soup of the day is. My favorite is the Sicilian sandwich .

You can never go wrong with the The Tri-Tip. To ease your ingestion efforts, try putting it on a french roll rather than sourdough .

If you can get there early there isn't as much wait... but the quality of all the goods is always worth the wait. :)
