It's our favorite place... We are regulars here and keep on coming even with a lot of bad experiences... Coz overall food is great and affordable compared to other food stores in the area...

We call it "fastfood " not literally cz ur patience wil be tested here, waiting for the fud 2b served... It's cz u pay as u order, and wil queue up to order b4 u cn come in & b seated... Haha

Soup of day, always be mushroom soup

Compare to other Astons outlets , steaks here a bit small. Service is very slow even at peak hours. To think that they are locates at RW, they should give excellent service. I'm very disappointed.

Their Macaronis and Cheese sucks

This horrible outlet makes you queue, place your order AND pay for your meal, THEN they make you wait for a table to sit down. Shameful, especially in a tourist area.

They have root beer floats !

Customer service is hideous! Sat down ourself, and the manager just issue the bill of reference without a word spoken with his unpleasant hairdo; improper attitude.

Here food not bad, just portion quite small if compare with others outlets ..

Plain water is charged at 30cents, not complimentary .

Not going back here but will still eat at other Astons outlet .
