One of my favorite healthy options for lunch and dinner , my favorites are lemon chicken or salmon with brown rice .. the quality is a bit inconsistent and unreliable enough for a recommendation

Healthy food with very reasonable prices. Recommended for people looking for protein-based meals. I tried the chicken fajita & it was very good. Better if they to open next to gyms .

A huge tip, each serving of protein is 180 grams! Not a 100, so the calories are a little bit more. When you add extra protein it could reach up to 220 grams.

Pro health and low fat ✅ caloric count ✅ choices of fish , chicken or beef ✅ but the taste is nothing special ????????. Reasonably priced, too. Similar places: Firegrill, tasty but a bit more expensive .

One word HORRIBLE AND COLD! I ordered a salmon mean and aside from the fact that the food was extremely cold,the salmon has a smell along with the rice ..NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered via Jahiz app,it arrived within 30 minutes,the lemon chicken tasted ok,but it was a bit dry, I was so excited to get the sweet potato but i was disappointed, it was soggy and sad!

If you're not used to the clean eating taste you're not going to like it, Would I order again? Only if no other options were available. 6/10
