Tip from Javalava Manila Tours : Try the Lechon Macau over fried rice . Sinful but ultra yummy. For dessert , order fried bread (cuapao) with cream dip . Heaven! :)
Other branches have better ambience. My fave dishes are Lechon Macau , Salt and Pepper Spare Ribs and Yang Chow fried rice .
We ordered Yang Chow Fried Rice , Lechon Macau and Boneless Honey Garlic Pork Spareribs w/ their bestselling lemonade . The rice is dry. The Lechon Macau tastes a bit old. The spareribs & juice are ok.

The service is good at first but we have to ask twice and wait a while before they finally served as water. A dead fly fell beside me too (good thing not on the food).
