Nice service! Got upgraded from a superior to a deluxe room subject to availability. Room has excellent views of the city . Even the bathroom 's bathtub area has a view of the city , total relaxation! ;)

An excellent business class hotel . All the amenities you need done well and efficiently. Quality is very good, but not over-the-top or ostentatious.

Afternoon tea is only ok (ma ma day). The hotel itself is very new and has an outdoor pool on a very high floor.

If you have expectations or require any significant luxuries , the crown plaza is a great choice for tourists who would rather spend their money elsewhere than on accommodations.

This is one of the nicest Crowne's I've seen. Check out the rooftop bar , it's quite spectacular!

Our food took 35 minutes to arrive. The lamb took almost 45 minutes. Drinks took half an hour. Service is lousy. I prefer the rooftop...when I have hours to spare.
