The Westin Dallas Park Central

King size beds , spacious rooms . I really enjoyed the gym here. Breakfasts didn’t have much variety except for the fruits , but still delicious.

Skip the parking garage and the $13/day charge. There's a free lot to the southwest of the hotel , opposite Benihana.

Room service is a bit privy, but good food. Checkin was a breeze and received 2 vouchers for free breakfast (not sure if it is standard or not). Parking was included as was WiFi (company booked trip)

Hotel does not provide free wireless for conference attendees. The conference event has to buy access and provide a password for attendees.

Business Center only good for printing out boarding passes! Free wi-fi only in the lobby. Otherwise $10/ day! Need more amenities for the price!

No complaints about anything here. Staff is courteous, everything is clean .

Staff accommodated for my large vehicle and let me park it for free. And staff is super nice

Triple check your booking before arriving. Front desk changed SPG number on the wrong reservation and lost my original booking . Expect a bumpy check in if this happens.

The waiters here are extremely nice and sweet! Awesome service!

Not the best Westin in the city and no near by real places to eat. The rooms are a bit out dated but the beds work. Overall, not bad but not a real Westin.

I wasn't impressed, I would recommend the Doubletree over the westin. Our room with 2 beds only had 1 towel & it took 3 calls to get the proper #. Safe, clean , & nice but left some to be desired.

We usually like Westin but not this one. Outdated and the carpet was dirty ! My son is 8 months and his legs and feet were black from crawling! Friendly staff but I'm never coming here again.

Well sure, the Executive Floor is a high floor, but what is there to see from up here?

Breakfast buffet never changes and there's a 30% beverage replenishment fee when you get the buffet . Wouldn't be so bad if they ever replenished your beverage.

Cafe in the park is open. Just might take the staff a while for them to notice you is all.

Garage parking is $12/night, but there's a free parking lot across the street from the hotel (caddy corner)

My tip is NEVER stay at this poor excuse for a Westin. My room was super dirty and old. I called housekeeping and after an hour of waiting went to the front desk to complain. With no resolution.

Go in McNelly's. tvs and shorter wait forr food then in the lobby bar .

Decent hotel . Driving here through rush hour traffic is terrible though!

free shuttle service offered within a 5-mile radius. don't ask for a ride that's 5.1 miles away.

Some rooms don't have wired Ethernet ports and the wireless signal is not strong enough.

OK Hotel but on the lower end for a Westin. Furniture and decor is very mediocre

Used Hotwire.com and got this room. No breakfast and parking is $12 a night on top of room fee. Not worth it. Nice and clean , but not worth the money we spent on our roadtrip.

Disappointing. Dated. Need to pay $35 a day for a fridge in ur room. Expensive & bad room service . No outlets near bed.
