Disney's Hotel New York

We stayed here for 2 nights. Even the standard rooms are very spacious and allow for a very comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all requests. Have a drink at the bar !

Don't worry if you've forgotten your international plug adapter. Reception have spares you can borrow complimentary . Gift shop also sells stamps and will post your postcards :-)

You should try deluxe transfers if your traveling to Geneva area from Paris.

I think they must to consider new revelation for the hotel ... TV system,room decoration, bathroom , elevator... It doesn't look like a four star hotel .. But the stuff and the service are excellent

If you have a disabled guest, ask for the disabled bus . It'll take you anywhere within Disney . Especially useful for getting to the parks .

Rooms are old and some furniture damaged. In great need for upgrade. But room service is good and fast

Nice people, smiling staff , old NY atmosphere. The swimming pool has the water too cold...

The hotel is not clean , the furniture is old. But it's very close to Disney village and the Theme Park .

Needs money spending on refurbishing and maintenance. Plugs hanging off walls, wallpaper hanging off, toilets well worn, skirting boards all chipped and need painting . The same as when it opened.

Drinks, including milk for the kids, can be bought in the shop. A little on the expensive side but very useful

have a swim in the beautiful and zen swimming pool in the afternoon.

It's bad. We had breakfast , it should be served till 10:30, but at 10 AM was nothing on line . After complain we try to speak with GM, was not posible. And like that every morning.....

disappointing hotel , it does not worth even 2 stars!!! For >800 € a night,breakfast should be in the Park not hotel or pay extra, roomTV not working,cut of electricity for about 15 min in hot weather

It's definitely "o.k". The rooms feel a bit dated. But you're basically inside Disneyland .

Awful security. Be prepared to be scanned like in an airport . But if you return late, you're free as security doesnt have a night shift ????

Early breakfast is best, far less busy.

I've been here 5 or 6 times and this hotel and the disneyland hotel are best hotels in the disney resort ! Perfect service, nice room, empire state floor is excellent etc. ????

A 4 star hotel NOT bringing bags to the room?

If you want to be treated unprofessional then this is the Hotel for You.. Worst Team Especially at the Check in Even the managers .. What a waste of Money they will take you Disney Joy away

The Diner for breakfast was terrible, loud and dirty . We were asked to come 9:30. But the buffet were 1/2 full and the pancakes were gone????

They welcomed be very nicely and I liked the atmosphere ❤️????????

Not really gently @ the check in! I was expecting at least a small gift for my daughter considering how much expensive is the room! Anyway room is ok, let's see next days.

It is not what is use to be, not even better than a 3 stars hotel . Poor service !

Hotel muy decente muy cercano al Disney Land. La decoración es fantástica, te transporta a los años 20. El desayuno amplio aunque se llena pronto.

No está mal, aunque a la piscina cubierta le falta un par de grados de temperatura, así como una revisión de las ventanas de las habitaciones : en la nuestra tuvimos que poner papeles en las juntas...

Ein nettes Hotel , aber alt. Die Föhns sind eine Katastrophe und obwohl das Frühstück bis 10.30 war, wurden ab 10 Uhr schon zugemacht.

Unser Lieblingshotel. In keinem anderen waren wir öfter.

La vue coté lac est vraiment superbe depuis le 6 eme étage !

Venir tôt pour être tranquille et avoir le choix (buffet )

Très peu de monde en pleine journée ! Évitez donc le matin de bonne heure

Hôtel luxueux, mais bien plus froid que le séquoia, ....
