A decent enough hotel but the entrance is a nightmare to find - and around Heathrow, any wrong turn will send you miles off course. Use the postcode in address and pray.

The staff is always very helpful, rooms are good and comfortable , everything you need is there

Made up to Executive Room. Very Comfortable Rooms . Excellent Service . Taxi £10 only to Terminal 1. Worth it if theres two or more of you. Quicker than the Hoppa Bus

Remodeled lobby restaurant and bar area, very nice and a vast improvement.

Serving food late on into the night. Also the Terminal 6 bar makes a nice change if you don't fancy your standard hotel bar . Large car park with long stay option.

The restaurant staff don't know about the free glass of wine for unlocking the special, I had to explain, try telling them your phone said you could have a free drink!!

The staff are all super friendly and the outside patio has heaters so you can enjoy being outside while eating or drinking.

Next to the Crowne Plaza the gym here is probably the best of any of the Heathrow hotels . All new equipment and each machine has its own personal TV

For drinks and snacks go visit The Plough pub just near the hotel - it's cheaper there and the place is nice

If you don't have a lot of luggage and don't mind a short walk, don't use the Hoppa to get to the airport . The local buses are free within the airport area.

This is a very tired hotel . Rooms are tatty. Uf using the Hoppa , ensure you get off at the correct Holiday Inn or you will need to get a cab £10. Ouch. :-)

Very near from the airport . You can sleep so well in the dark rooms... That I just love to be there...

Convenient hotel close to heathrow. Wide range of beers and delicious burgers served at the bar

nice if you like looking out onto the m4 & falling asleep to the sound of motorway traffic.

Quite a disaster - do not try to follow instructions posted on hotel 's website about local buses from the LHR. Reception staff (namely lady called Helen) provided additional misleading information.

Going to Stockley Park ? There is a free bus at 8&8:30am and back at 6pm.

Look out for the guy in the car park - really helpful at finding you a space

Normal nice hotel in the London area

Worst hotel ever! Its in the middle of nowhere, rooms are ugly and not very clean , amenities very poor, wi-fi expencive, right now Im freezeng in the room. At least, staff is helpfull and friendly .

At breakfast avoid the scrambled egg unless having it cooked fresh from the menu...

Hotel is actually very nice now, guess they had a refurbish. Wifi is very expensive though.

Don't arrive at 11.30pm or you will never find a parking space !

Try Sampans - great Chinese food but expensive - worth it though!

Breakfast is terrible and way to expensive ! Save your money, Sapans is very very good (you need to make a reservation 99% of the time!)

Room was not prepared! Bed was slept on, dustbins dirty and hairs everywhere - not impressed.

Give Rotisserie a miss. Cooked better on a camp fire. A la carte seems to be a myth when I stayed. go to Sampans instead.
