Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas

So far this is my favorite place to stay in Orlando. There's daily activities, 4 pools, restaurants , bars , 2 gyms and more! In my villa I have, free wifi , washer/dryer, kitchen, jacuzzi tub & more

Great vacation resort . Small store on resort for basic necessities. Multiple pools and hot tubs . Pools are open late . Price is comparable to other resorts . Great for family vacations or adult vacation

I will never stay at a WDW resort as long as this place exists. Beautiful inside and out. We looked at some of the WDW resorts , and there is no comparison to the beauty and serenity of Vistana.

Beautiful! A Vacation Ownership Resort NOT a hotel so hotel-type service shouldn't be expected (daily room cleaning , late checkout times, etc). These fully equipped villas take twice as long to clean .

If you do not want to hear from the Vacation Ownership team, leave early & come back when they have left for the day! Our villa was nice & convenient to shuttle, pool & marketplace !

Stayed here numerous times, excellent accommodations. Pretty quiet , Pirate ship pool, two quiet pools and one big one. Only one restaurant and two bars .

Love the resort actually an owner here. Wish we had free wifi at pool. Plenty of activities for families. So nice to have full kitchen and laundry in the room

It's a Great hotel . Big rooms especially the Villa . Very Convenient Comfortable place to live for your Vacation.

I have been coming here & the other Vistana resort every year since I was 7 years old, I am 25 now and have always had an amazing experience! Wonderful memories with my family here!! :)

Some of the original buildings need updating but everyone has been wonderful. Bring your own bottled water, the water from the tap is blech.

Be sure to unplug your phone unless you want to receive a daily 9 am "wake up call" from the time share sales staff (they refer to themselves as "vacation services").

This is a great place to stay if you have a family and plan to enjoy the many theme parks in Orlando.

Nice location here for a nice vacation. Clean rooms and resort , and close to the theme parks .

Very nice place to stay! Had no issues with the internet or the TV . Tons of cute activities for kids and the whole family

Slow to check in and check out. Leave yourself plenty of time, even if you're a solo traveler with no resort charges.

Multiple pools and jacuzzis , Starbucks and convenience store , ping pong table , pool volleyball .

Wi-fi fiddly to get set up but works well throughout resort . Shop expensive . Units comfortable . Staff will try and get you to attend Timeshare presentation even when you advise you are not interested.

Best hotel in orlando especially swimming pool & market & Suitable for families

Try to book in building No: 24 it has been opened recently. The view is spectacular.

Over aggressive sales staff trying to sell you the Sheraton Vacation Club. When the person told me why I’m wasting their time, you can imagine how I felt. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite as well

Checkout at 9:30a, no exceptions. Maid knocked in the door at 9:40a and tried to scold me. Unprofessional. Nice 2 bedroom. Spacious enough for 6 ppl.

Everyone from the security gate to the front desk to the bell men are super nice. Love them.

This is a generously appointed and well maintained Starwood Vacation Ownership Resort . The new addition is luxurious and the pool is sweet.

Always beautiful condos with great amenities . The wifi never works properly but of you're on vacation who needs it. :-)

Everything is good here. Needs more restaurants though.

Great place! If you are over 25 and have a job, your whole party can get free breakfast :)

VIP Check-In - we were directed down the hall through 3 doors and an elevator , had to wait 10 minutes to check in while there was no wait at all in main check-in. Don't be a VIP!

Be wary of letting front desk call a cab for you to airport - you'll end up paying $55 for a limo-esque ride you didn't even want! And you also may have a crackhead driver

Really nice hotel with modern and clean rooms . Wi-Fi on 1st floor of building 28 was terrible.

Full kitchen , washer and dryer! Love it! :) Not to mention awesome pools.

It is near impossible to get cold water. This applies to both the kitchen sink and showers . Having the "cold" setting on the faucet is like a little kid taunting you.

Rooms are huge.. so clean upgraded.. granite.. bathrms.. recommended :)

free breakfast was a lousy muffin and a sales pitch that was repeated about 1100 hotels all for low cost of$65,000 when they asked what household income was we said "65-70. Def something wrong here.

Be nice to the main gate night guy. He's awesome. And if you're lucky, he'll shoot you the "guns".

Great place to stay but the tap water tastes TERRIBLE.

The free Sheraton Wi-fi isn't very efficient in many places around the resort , and it slows to a crawl during evenings. It was much better when the early Bella villas were wired for internet.

Amazing place to stay!!! Stayed for three nights in a two bedroom Villa . Clean , comfy

The tap water here is terrible - be sure to buy a few gallons (for drinking) at a nearby supermarket . Unless you like that sulfur smell/taste . . .

If the front desk staff offers you a free breakfast and $75 cash back and you accept, you'll be sitting in a timeshare presentation .

When the Wi-fi connection works it is very slow. 'When it works', I said

Rooms were clean . Had a couple roaches run through though. Weird alarm blared at 5am a few nights. It's OK. Not great, not terrible. Beware of loud kids though.
