As a carpaccio lover I must admit this one is the best carpaccio I have ever tried! Tuna tartar is also good, as well as grilled octopus ! Highly recommended place!

Everything about this place is awesome. My best advice: go there at 19:30 on a weekday to be sure to get seats! And don't miss the burrata and the Korean style meat

Don’t miss the baby squid . Try to get a reso at the butcher’s table , a side room off the main restaurant . Menu is so broad, it’s best to bring several friends to share all the marvels!

Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to opening to guarantee a walk-in seat out of the available 12 counter seats and avoid the queue.

Get the “Rolex ”, razor clams , sliced beef , and smoked eel (chef’s favorite).

Good experience. The food is pretty good - especially the jamon iberico and the giant tomato .

The cured panceta was amazing! Served with fig and foie and eaten as a delicious roll.

Whatever others say about tuna tartare and grilled octopus , DOUBLE IT! But try other dishes as well .
