They have great pizza ! The crust is amazing. I would warn you if you are ordering the pasta , because this restaurant is famous for their pizza . Their pasta isn't great and it's a bit overpriced.
A busy place, but worth the wait for the pizzas . Good beer selection . Parking nearby on the road behind the front of the building. There's a small area in front for outdoor seating .
The veggie lasagna is amazing as is the pizza . Fresh, organic , and gluten free options . Its a small, charming spot and the wait can be long but CHILL out and enjoy your company. The food is worth it.
Cow Tipper & Hawaiian Punch are my faves. Totally unique combinations, but oh so good. Takes a while, so get a drink and sit outside.
The atmosphere and service is faded from its former glory but the pizza is still good.
I ordered "The Nina" and it was delicious! The ingredients are fresh and the beer selection is excellent!!
The cashier , Edgar, is the sweetest and all their pizzas are delicious! If you want a specialty pizza by the slice, go before 5 and not on the weekend!
Really, really good pizza . Crust is so delicious. We got the 5 point and added bacon . Yum!!!!
The best salad selection in all of the land. Also, the Hawaiian Punch with jalapeños instead of the Canadian bacon . Nom.
Thai Bhat pizza is an excellent blend of flavors! Enjoyed the slight peanut taste of the sauce, chunks of chicken , silky mushrooms , and fresh scallions .
DELICIOUS pizza ! good selection of beer . very smoky inside- not good for people with respiratory issues/allergies (those irritated by smoke) laid back atmosphere . I only wish it were a bit bigger -
Legend has it a woman ordered a Pizza in 1851. That pizza arrived in 1991. That woman was Lilly. This is her store. Moral of the story, call ahead... Waiting times can be long.
Sweet god this pizza is delicious. Pineapple and jalapeño . Nomnomnom #coolart too. #pizzacat
Getting an order to go? Definitely call that in. Takes WAY less time...look at the menu on their website if ya need it!
The south of the border pizza rocks. Make it vegetarian by subbing atomic (spicy !) tofu for the chicken !
The best place to get pizza in Raleigh, haven't been here on forever ! Get the big shindig !!!
The cinnamon sugar pretzels are so good! I also love the pizza !!
Make sure you read the writing on the refrigerator in the back before ordering a gluten free pizza . It very clearly reads "NO FUCKIN' GLUTEN FREE "
The pizza is fantastic but their system for ordering flawed. One guy manning the register, the phones and pouring drinks makes for looong lines :-(
Best Gluten Free pizza crust in town ! Love it on the Big Star pizza
Best pizza in Raleigh. Hands down. And the salads are even amazing.
Best pizza in Raleigh! Eat outside, it gets a little smokey from the ovens inside. Very crowded but always worth the wait
The best gluten free pizza I've ever had! Worth the wait!
Love the vegetarian options . Pizza and salads are great!
I really enjoy the variety of toppings they offer here. I always order extra crystal meth on my pizza .
Best Vegan chicken I've ever had. Got it on the Caesar salad . YUM.
I get pizza with pineapple and Kalamata olives . My own creation and I looooove it!
Get the bruschetta bread !!!! And don't be scared to dip it in the olive oil !
Get the super duper. Best pizza in the Triangle.
Try the Mr. Green Jeans, vegan style. You'll be surprised how good broccoli and vegan cheese can taste on a pizza .
Bantam weight salad isn't messing around with its chicken portions. Get it with the lemon vinaigrette . Damn.
Try the The Big Shindig - Replaced onions with basil . Hands down the best pizza in the Triangle.
Tofu salad with ginger soy dressing = mouth party. I get one every time I'm in town .
In addition to great pizzas , the salads and apps rock! Key: fresh ingredients
Great pizza but consistently bad service. They've forgotten my order on multiple occasions.
Order the small one if you don't want to get fat. Super nice pizza .
Get the hummus ! You won't regret it!
If you called ahead and there's a long line when you arrive, stand next to the register and you will get served out of order.
Yummy pizza ! Very unique pies. Try the Ace Perry Hard Cider ... really good pear cider !
$1.50 drafts on Mondays . Hard to beat!
Best pizza in the Triangle by far!
Get the Buddha! It is so delicious and fresh!
Amazing food and super friendly staff !
The Barbeque Chicken Pizza is one of the tastiest things I've eaten in Raleigh.
Busy nights they always run out of forks. Snag one as soon as you walk in if you order something you can't eat with your hands.
$1.50 drafts on Monday !
Fantastic grilled tofu salad !
If you like doughy pizza like I do, then you'll love this place. Not a big fan of the "Pigs in a Blanket " appetizer . It was basically Stromboli that was way too salty. But the pizza was fantastic!
Gourmet pizza , hip crowd. Recommend "The Gus".
Just gets better and better. This staff is awesome!
Start with the pretzel bites, and definitely get the Funky Q chicken! The pizza’s awesome no matter what you choose - T-Rox Monty
The sandwiches are really, very good (Chipotle Chicken, Lamb Gyro), and the beers are ICE cold! - Chris Schuttler
Get the tiramisu! Im really picky about my italian desserts but this is fantastic! - Justin Riek
Bring cash here for tickets and concessions, and get the popcorn. It's so buttery and good. Beer was a reasonable $3.50 a bottle and apparently you can get an entire bottle of wine! - SundanceTV
The Vegan options are pretty limited at. Breakfast but if you do go get the breakfast burrito with no cheese and egg and add avocado. Yum! - Mandy Savard
8 Craft Beers on Tap! Great bar, inside sitting including two comfortable couches and outside seating too. Excellent selection of NC Beers as well as alot more. Great selection in the cooler too. - Larry J
