From Ochanomizu station, walk down guitar street to arrive at Glitch. My drip was pristine and my friend was head over heels for his mocha . Do come here if in the area!

If you want to taste what true specialty coffee is about, this should be one of your top spots in Tokyo . The proprietor, Suzuki-san, is deeply rooted in Japan's third-wave, and his passion shows.

Take exit A9 of Jimbocho station, turn left and the coffee shop is just across the first cross-junction. Visited on a weekday, it was lovely to get a good warm latté on a chilly day in a quiet space.

The first coffee shop we visited on our trip to Japan. The espresso was great. It had a unique sweetness to it that I had yet to find along the usual light citrus to rich chocolate spectrum.

Serious coffee place ! Can’t tell you the smoothness and sweetness the latte feels. And they also got various beans for drip and to buy. A must visit place if you are a coffee lover.

Excellent hand drip with some interesting options! The geisha had a complex flavor profile and the staff were very knowledgeable about their roasts.

The coffee is on point, the people watching is great and you absolutely have to try the almond croissant . Friendly owners too, their English is pretty good!

The nearby Jimbocho , Awajicho area is awash with cafes as well as the usual chains. If your focus is a good coffee made by a passionate team then this is your place to go to.

They tend to have a variety of hand dripped coffees that are on the very fruity range of the taste spectrum.

Outstanding coffee (hand drip and espresso ) in a space that is cozy but not particularly comfy .

The cinnamon roll with lemon zest frosting is hard for me to pass up if I visit by myself.

You will had the chance to drink your coffee next to the roasting machine, the smell is indescribable.

Glitch is simply insane. U must try the coffee . Start at the most expensive and work your way down.

Great pour overs with v60 , there's also pastry menu which I didn't try. Some staff speaks english

Strangely enough, they use single shots for their milk based drinks. So you might want to confirm what your drink consists of when you order.
