This gym does not mandate bringing towels, please bring one to wipe off the sweat from the machines and benches .
better to go late at night... especially on Fridays after 8pm, as people are all out partying in down town SD
Wonderful atmosphere for working out and great equipment
Best time to work out is between 1000-1500 on weekdays and after 1600 on weekends.
If you want to go when it is less crowded try after 10:00PM on weeknights or in the afternoons on the weekends.
Ample of parking spots . Not so crowded during lunch time hr.
No lockers outside of dressing rooms AND NO TOWELS : /. Pretty darn crowded on a weekday the day after Christmas .
