The layout is designed to keep people moving, which is good because it gets crowded . Shark Tunnel is great. Also designed so you can skip Zone C (kids zone) if you don't need to go there.
This small but fun aquarium in jersey right before Philly is so much fun. It has all typical animals a shark show and 2 touch tanks. U can even swim with the sharks . It has a great gift shop .
The touch tank was great! Very family friendly with lots to see! Got there in early afternoon and was able to see everything twice before closing time. Weekdays are best for avoiding crowds.
If you want to touch some sharks , this place is awesome. Sting rays too! Great for all ages. Get there as early as possible to avoid bumping into large groups.
The employees are friendly , the place is clean , and everything is really beautiful. I loved touching sharks and sting rays !
Fun place! I suggest you check the website beforehand to see what special activities they are offering at the different times.
This place is a lot of fun for kids but expensive . Still worth it if you're in Camden. Keep in mind that during the week it's packed w/ school groups which can make it a bit of hassle to get around.
The best Aquarium I’ve been to. Introduces a new interactive experience with sea creatures ! My family and I enjoyed it very much!
Don't miss the tunnel walking through the shark tank . It's epic.
In all, this is a fun place for kids under 13ish and for adults with there kids. But after going there several times, it wasn't as fun as I hoped, not many new things, but good for people who are new.
Immediately after entering, stop at the info desk for a free ticket for the "top of the tank" tour .
This place is great for kids and families. So much to see and do. Didn't know it but it is one of the 5 largest aquariums in the country
Pretty fun, definitely geared towards kids. Petting the manta rays was fun and so is the shark tunnel but there really isn't that much more. $25 per person plus $10 for parking is a little steep
This place was great! My 4 year old twin boys and 3 year old niece loved it. The highlights are the shark tank and all the areas where you get to pet things (sting rays, sharks , jelly fish and more).
4D show screen was really dark, and the effects felt...old. Shark exhibit was excellent! Experience was enjoyable.
Pro tip: The Aquarium Cafe is crowded and expensive — eat at Bain's Deli next door instead. Make sure to get your hands stamped!
At the new Stingray Beach Club, adventurous types can pet and hand-feed giant stingrays or roll up their sleeves to touch jellies , shrimp , lobster , starfish, horseshoe crabs and sea cucumbers . Read more
The place looks a bit run down but it's definitely fun for the kids. You can be done exploring the place in two hours tops.
Great aquarium so many touch exhibits , hippos are always a great time! Love the walk over sharks !
Coordinate a trip with the Camden Riversharks across the street. Aquarium closes just in time for the Riversharks' games to start.
When I went I was with a camp and there must had been at least 10 camps there, so it was extremely crowded . The overall experience was pretty good.
Go see the hippos at the end of the day. They know it's feeding time and are most active
Great placr for the whole family, the exibits were the best ive ever seen and the staff are so nice!
Did you know that you and your family can reserve a spot and snorkel in the shark tank ? They don't advertise it but there are guided tours offered at the information desk.
Start in Zone D with the Hippos then work your way to Zone A. Don't miss feeding the Sting Rays....
Love the exhibits here. The shark tunnel is very cool
Very cool for the kids. Love the hippos ! Deep sea creatures like the octopus and crabs hard to see in their lighting, Shark Tank a bit overrated, but everything else was worth it!
Open daily 10-5, but plan to get here before 11:30 to avoid long lines for tickets
Don't miss out on petting the sharks and stingrays ! Be gentle ;)
The ticket line is a HOT MESS. It doesn't matter if you go to the "will call" window or just roll up...it's just poorly designed. Get here early (B4 11AM) to avoid the wait in the line for tickets
It was amazing. Beautiful animals, especially penguins and sharks !! I love it really worth
The Shark Tunnel was my favorite part. Great for people of all ages.
Arrive before 12:30pm or after 2pm if you want to avoid the crowds.
Very kid friendly , lots of interactive exhibits and the window exhibits are eye level for toddlers. Arrive around 10, leave in time for nap.
One of just a few places open on the Christmas day (11am-3pm). And they they have a Scuba Santa!
Bring some food and drinks if you have to park in the overflow parking garage . Trying to exit and after 30 minutes. Still not moving
Fun place to take the kiddos and there is a nursing room for breastfeeding moms ;) always a plus
If you hate kids, this isn't the place for you! They're crawling everywhere w/little supervision!! Touch the stingrays , slimy & rascally! Very fun despite the anxiety of too many ppl
Shark tunnel is awesome! Visit during holidays to see Scuba Santa.
Definitely coming back....great views and awesome exhibits ...got season passes
We love the hippo ! Gets really crowded on school days.
Great place to visit. Lots a exhibits . Attended and volunteered for the MS walk pep rally
Nice decorations around the holidays!
0/10 they didn’t let me swim with the sharks and let them eat me alive as it was the biggest dream of mine
Their website said to arrive after one o'clock because of school field trips....listen to them! It was so much nicer after hundreds of kids left.
Did you know? No other aquariums in the world have hippos on display, and only one other aquarium in the United States has a Hammerhead Shark . Read more
Make time to feed the stingrays . It was quite an experience!
Awesome place to take your kids. The hippos are really cool
The food is good there and a wide variety of animals!
Had a great time here. Touched the sharks and stingrays . 4d movie was great.
Awesome to see hippos this close but they have a range that is as large a the city if Camden itself. Makes me sad. - Jimmy-Zeke Milford
The hippos are named Button and Genny. - Andrew G.
Come 30 minutes before feeding and you can be one of four to wade in and feed the sting rays! - Brenda Fender
Beautiful view!! Just like the seawall in AC except no boardwalk and way better view. It is extremely peaceful. - Taina D.
