Great 3-level stepped base ideal for sitting with your dog while waiting for your wife to come out of the PATH station
Great place for skyline views & if you have an attachment to this particular statue . Located between path & by waterway.
I learned something new here today about the polish during world War 2 (actually I kinda always knew. Watch "The Way Back").
Go on an overcast or rainy day for a really impressive backdrop to this intense statue .
