In the first 2 years of BER airport’s existence, LH only operated one lounge - Biz & Senator combined. A few months ago (or so) a separate Senator lounge was opened. I personally like it a lot.
Incompetent personell not knowing entry regulations, cleaning staff lazy - no pleasant experience at all!
Located around gate B20. Spacious , food is good, staff is welcoming. Otherwise standard LH lounge . Could be crowded in the mornings.
Yea, no. Horrible lounge . A dumpster behind McDonalds is cleaner and a concert less crowded . Literally set yourself on fire and you have a better time than staying here.
What happened to our beloved HONdehütte?
All the food is vegetarian …
