As any Apple Store, it's always packed but helpful staff . Convenience is key because it's the first store in queens !
The staff is extremely helpful and doesn't mind the number of devices unplugged so Apple fans can recharge.

Lazy whiny sales force that can't be bothered to help a customer who's spending $1000 on a phone. Shop at another location for the products you want.
