Best sushi ever. Seriously we live in the city now and take the train out here just for this. Try the torches tuna and tuna corn truffle . Not on menu.

Some of the best miso soup I've ever had. The sweet potato roll and peanut avocado roll are both REALLY good and really fresh.
$2.50 get a piece of tuna w charred tomato sushi ! Crispy tuna roll with edamame sauce! Ask that the chef simply make you a roll with (name ingredient like) mango .
