Always a great place to bring the little ones or all ages. No waves , Netting enclosed swimming area free from all boats and vessels but parking is a bummer so get their early.
Great for kids. Has a playground also you don't have to worry that the waves are to high. Really peaceful .

Bring quarters unless you're walking. The change machine is broken & the cafe had no quarters on a Sat. afternoon...

The sand is only inches thick atop a very hard soil. No chance of penetrating with a pole umbrella. Bring some digging tools.
