Watch for traffic on Abbot Kinney, exiting from the parking lot going right, towards Lincoln (taking Abbot Kinney to Washington to Lincoln) drivers making left onto Washington from AK may not see you.

Cheapest gas in the area! Not much inside unless, you like to stock up on junk food! Cool oceanic fresco on the ceiling! ???? Layout is weird so, maneuvering is tricky. Nice view ! ????

Finding a pump can be difficult if it gets busy so people like to pile in all over the place...just make sure to watch out for the red posts...

Best priced gas in town but navigating the lines can be tricky and parking takes some maneuvering !
