Many words will be said about their soups . I will say but a few about their Snow Cubes: yum yum yum yum yum yum tasty tasty tasty delicious yum tasty so good yummy glorious good ouch brain freeze.
My family loves to come here. I've tried most of the hot soups and they all taste great. I especially like the Taiwanese spicy soup . It's pretty spicy . Dinner can get crowded sometimes.
Lamb pot is my fave! More food than it looks. Love the lunch price that comes with black or green tea . Service is hit or miss.. As is the wait time. Just make sure you're not in a rush when you come!
Great flavors! Lots of choices to choose from. My favorite is the stinky tofu pot and their spicy hot pot . Love the individual sized portion. Could get pricy , but definitely satisfying.
Omg I love this place! The all beef soup was my favorite. I really wished they had this place in San Diego though.. ????
My favorite is the the #4 (beef ) but I also recommend the lamb and Japanese miso .
Oh and the Hokkaido milk tea is delicious! I can't seem to figure out exactly what the secret ingredient is but I feel like there's a hint of coconut creme in it!
Come here super early if you don't want to wait. Don't get the Taiwanese hot pot unless you enjoy that type of spicy .
Make sure to ask for ice in your water And order any drinks when you order the food and remind them when they bring out your food about your drinks. (They tend to almost always forget.)
The Japanese style is divine but you can definitely share one pot with two people. It was certainly a struggle trying to finish that pot alone.
Beef soup would be my choice. You would probably need the mild soup base.
So cute seating! Little school desks hence the name Class 302. The mochi and caramel custard pudding are so good as add-ons!
Taiwanese Spicy Hot Pot was definitely spicy and yummy.
Hokkaido milk tea ! I was skeptical. First impression was too sweet. Then I was addicted. Our pots were great too
Personal Hotpots . They don't joke about the spiciness levels, it gets pretty hot.
Make sure to get here early if you don't want to wait too long! Also, the Hokkaido milk tea is bomb!!! ^__^¥
If you can get past the spicy tofu smell n sucky service its a great place if u live in Irvine. I come here because its less then 2 miles.
beef hot soup is the best!! it has become one of my fav restaurant here :)
Crazy line for 2 4 1 special but the service was...excellent?! Checked on us regularly; love the curry pot - wifey liked the stinky tofu
Japanese style so good. If you go during lunch you get a free drink.
Try the seafood and be careful not to burn your mouth
The food is excellent. The staffs are so up to the task Great place.
Some drinks have a buy one get one free special! Mine was grapefruit w/ honey green tea
Beef or Japanese miso flaming spicy mmmmm!!! Macha slush ! Highly recommended!!!
Customer service EFFIN HORRIBLE!no joke every time I order a drink Togo.takes 15 min BC they dont tell me my drink is ready. by the time I get its WATERED DOWN AND DISGUSTING HAPPENS EVERYTIME!
The green milk tea tastes great. The hot pots take way too long.. Waited at least 20 mins for our food...
Be prepared to wait 25-35 mins, but it is worth the wait .
Try the nacho chips , there great for sharing with friends
I like the lamb or Taiwanese hotpot
Don't come during your lunch hour during the weekdays unless your boss is cool with you taking a 2 hour lunch . They take forever.
Get a $1 instant noodle as a side. You won't regret
Great food but the WORST service ever. But I keep coming back bc of the hot pots and taro snow flake .
The wait is always horrible. See if you can plan something else to do after you get a number that fits like 40m-1hr
Fill out the questionnaire and they'll mail you a 20% off coupon
Beware the Taiwanese spicy soup !! It's extremely spicy and they can't change the spicy level.
This place has serious management issues. Open at 11am and they can only seat one third of the seats. I guess not enough waiters working. There are about 30 people waiting yo be seated.
Their music is chill vibes tho
Try the Japanese Miso Hot Soup - Had udon noodles , too!
Request not to sit in the dungeon room. It makes you feel claustrophobic.
Stop serving rice before my hot pot comes!! My rice gets cold by the time the food is served... :(
Try the Taiwanese Spicy Hot Soup - Liked it, but a little too peppery
Make sure you don't sit in the dungeon area, separate room . Neglected service in there.
Love the beef hot pot !
The waiters aren't kindness. Just rushing and throwing out orders on the table. Very sad with this place.
The stinky tofu ..... STINKS!! Don't get this on a first date hahah
Waiting more than 20min for my beef hot soup . I can't believe it.
Start to think all their broths taste the same
Prepare to wait too long to sit and eat. Avoid to go there during lunch hours.
Try the Curry Fishball Hot Soup
Legit lychee black tea
i come often for lunch. never had a bad experience yet. their lunch cards are awesome! - Christian Burns
Authentic Japanese supermarket. Definitely recommended if you've never been to one. It's a little small - and not cheap - but always a delight, even if you're just window shopping! - Neal Schaffer
Very authentic Chinese food. You can tell by the mostly Asian crowd during lunch and dinner. Very generous portions and tasty. Worth a try. - C Gan
The curry chicken was very flavorful and delicious. The service was also wonderful - Onike W
Amazing food, even better price. Very bad service. Either way you always come back for more! - Kylie Goto
The equivalent of a 99 cent store from Japanese. Lots of stuff you will not find anywhere else. - John Olsen
Great honey boba shaved snow. Yummy grass jelly. Drinks are too big and hit & miss. Cash only! - Akiko I
