Good luck with the parking ... Small lot with no easy way without going through the one-lane drive trough. And the lot next door is reserved it's tenants (i.e. Jimmy John's and SportsClips)

Love the convenience of this location but there is one barista who literally yells out the orders and it's very offputting

Nice options for seating, but you have to get there early if you want a muffin !
