Parking infront hotel already taken by Banafee although it is CLEARLY public parking , whilist parking beside the hotel will be charged RM10 by your "thrustworthy" valet even for hotel guest. Boo!????????

Location is good and ample parking however need to interchange lift and verify parking ticket is a bit fuss can get better cheaper rate hotel actually if you do some research

Got this hotel thru orient rewards 'free' certificate for 2 nights. Big spacious room with 1 king size bed . No free wifi . Uhk uhk :('. Free coffee in the room & free breakfast for 2. Not bad :)*

Service need to be improve, room is spacious with reasonable price, foods are normal, nothing exciting as not much of variety. Looking forward the overall improvement during my next visit.

Hotel is old but the good thing is the restaurant got the Halal Certificate

Its spacious but its also feels old and tired. Just like any other places in Malaysia. It lacks maintenenace. The shower is slippery and dangerous. Towels feels like rags. Avoid this hotel .

Request for rooms level 15th and above, it's newly refurbished.

Campbell's soup is better than this.

It's like a suprise for ya. One room its nice, a room looks sad. Another is so-so.. But for the price,I guess it's great value enough

Ballroom 1 & 2 at level 23 is connected.

No cable tv channels. No ESPN or other sport channel. 'Ayam' can find easily at Dee Bangkok :)
