This is the most shittiest store in the world. I highly reccomend that you dont use it. I bought a external battery and the staff was tottaly incompetent to even know how to charge it. Unproffesional.

Agree with fabio, search online for more competitive prices. But this Saturn is great to see/ feel the electronics before buying. Too bad they only sell German games and not English originals.

Only place in center of hamburg with massive choice of electronics .

The worst staff ever. No respect for clients. Very dissatisfied, had to wait for 30 minutes, asked for 3 person, and no one helped me to buy product!

Sind bei mir bisher auf jeden Preis im Internet eingestiegen! Es lebe der stationäre Handel mit guter Beratung und großer Auswahl.

Vor Weihnachten unbedingt 20-30 Minuten einplanen allein fuer das anstehen an der Kasse! Wenn man den Saturn im Untergeschoss Richtung Bahnhof verlässt gibt es einen tollen Schmalzkuchenstand...

Ich wollte mit EC-Karte zahlen und als die Transaktion fertig war, hat die Kassiererin die Karte schnell rausgezogen und sie versteckt. Hab meine eigene Unterschrift aber erfolgreich gefälscht...

Weltgrößter Saturn. Mehrere zehntausend Filme und Platten auf einer Etage so groß wie ein Kaufhaus .

Hat oft nicht das, was man sucht, dafür oft das, was man nicht sucht. Mal so, mal so. Gut, wenn man schnell was vor Ort haben möchte. Für speziellere Wünsche dann doch lieber Amazon. :(
