Gold's Gym

My daughter and I love going to Golds gym . We Aldo love out trainer Travis Inman. He helps both of us with new routines to reach our goal and encourages us to keep the good work.

Awesome as always. Kinda disappointed that each child costs 5 bucks for the play room but other than that... I love it!

Mr. Scott is an awesome trainer ! In three weeks I've lost inches everywhere, my back is stronger, and I'm way more flexible. Plus, he is hilarious!

Come check out Mosi's class on Mon, Wed 8pm...only if you want a real workout.

Love my gym membership ! They have a pool, a ladies only room, and if you're into it - tanning beds .

C&C Pro Shop makes a variety of great-tasting shakes and smoothies to give an energy boost.

This gym is just ok. I purchased a membership here because of the close proximity to my house. It has decent amenities . The music is horrible and loud .

If you're a parent, they have a kids room!

Zumba class Is great!

Equipment is often in disrepair, but you can get a good deal .
