I had the raw beef noodle ! Had to be one of the best pho in Vancouver (at least in the no msg category). Had it last year and came back for it again! The broth was very flavorful and not oily!
The beef broth is unbeatable. home made , no msg and tastes so rich! This is the only place I'll finish my pho soup !
