Tiernans is never my destination, but when I am on that street past 10:30 I always stop in to see the scene. When Tiernans is good its great! When its bad, its awful.
Bands are great on Friday and Saturday. Barmens and barmeids are so friendly .
Ask for Eugene (aka Hugh Jackman/Bradley Cooper). Best bartender ever.

Great! Totally low key - hardly any1 there but a good joint 4 a convo & a glass of wine in summer. BLT-A (avocado) with side salad was a hit! Service good and friendly. Very close 2 beach - Alex Paredes
