We always "pick" enterprise, "they'll pick you up". They're the only ones we can reserve online with a debit card and we don't use credit cards. They treat us to awesome rides too!! Love them!

All the rental car companies are located in this one building. Place is very clean . Convenient, fast service . I'm a fan.

Best way to see Vegas! No lines for shuttles and you follow your own itinerary. Valet is free everywhere so take advantage of it but do consider an extra 5-10 min waiting time

If you have enough time, I recommend rent a car from outside this center. This center is kind of expensive , they have extra fees because of the location.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS take detailed pictures of your rental car before you leave the lot AND when you return it. You'll need it if there are any surprises when you get your credit card bill!

Having rented from Avis for years. I see they have a MAJOR problem in Las Vegas. I highly recommend finding a better rental service ...this one needs your money DESPERATELY enough to steal it.

When you're in Vegas spend a bit extra and get a "flashy car". It's a lot more fun cruising down the strip in a jag than a KIA. Trust!

Been a client for years. Prepaid trip for $201. DECLINED insurance. Called Avis when returned home to learn why there was an additional charge of $32, learned it was for $232 extra for Insurance!

Make sure you allow yourself an extra 30 min to an hour to return the car if you're catching a flight. The rental return and shuttle transit to the terminal can be lengthy.

The problem is you don't know who or which company is at the Rent-A-Car center in which it was not severe be cautious and pic a rental company that is not at Mccarran otherwise you may have a long way

Make sure you take the correct shuttle to your airlines terminal. They have separate shuttles to Terminal 1 & 3. Also allow extra time for car drop off. This place is a 7-8 min drive to the airport

Alamo is hands down the best option. Check in online, go get your car. When you drop it off, they scan it and you're back on the bus . So effortless it's not even funny.

Sad to report.... drivers aren't helpful and the ride is long to/from the rental center. Leave yourself plenty of time to drop the car and make your flight!

If you're dropping off and heading down town , Dollar down where you'd pick up has a free shuttle to hotels and casinos . It may take 15 min, but it will save you a 20 dollar cab fare.

Crazy efficient return center for cars from nearly every rental company .

As a local, I wish there were obvious signs other than “car rental RETURN” which confused me. But it’s a nice facility

I don't know why anyone rents from any agency but Alamo . No hold and you can pay with a debit card if you have a return ticket. Become an insider for discounts .

Rent from Alamo . I always pay for economy cars and get free upgrades, especially if you arrive in the evening.

Use your laptop or tablet as soon as you arrive off the plane to rent a car to avoid delays at the counter. Also its credit cards only I hear.

Leave enough time to double & triple check that you have EVERYTHING before leaving your rental car .

National is by far the best, preregister and bypass the line , save yourself at least an hour

Always shoot a video from your phone of any damage to your rental vehicle when picking it up. This way you can prove it wasn't you upon return if questioned.

No problems. We had our pick of vehicles. Easy check in & out.

Service is always as slow as grass growing at the Thrifty and Dollar Counters. Corporations too cheap to have adequate staffing. Only 40 million people come through each year so Hire some staff !!!!

Make sure to give yourself enough time to return your car and make your flight. Could take up to 30 minutes to complete return and catch the shuttle.

Don't buy the fuel option, unless you plan on taking the car back on fumes like I did. The guy at the gate was impressed.

there is a Sinclair gas station down the street (at the intersection of Gilespe & E Warm Springs Rd). The prices are reasonable as well

If you're flying SouthWest outbound, be prepared to lug your luggage through crowds because the shuttle let's you off on the opposite end. Allow for time as well

Make sure you have status with the rental car company, the lines can be very long.

Persistently LONG waits for shuttles! You'd think they'd figure out the busy days & times & adjust accordingly...

Horrible lines every time we rent. Loyalty programs (skip the line ) are usually closed late night . Most recent visit was a 30 minute wait for shuttle, and then 1.5 hours to get our vehicle at Budget.

Free shuttles to/from airport . Super fast car drop off when you're running late for your flight!

Very well organized and gets you on your way!
