You can't workout to the music because, well , its retro . Bring your ipod, otherwise the shakes are great, and the staff is very nice. PLAY SOME ENERGETIC BEATS!!!

Love this location. It's clean and you actually get a chance to use weights or machines here

Avoid going on Monday nights if you plan on doing a circuit workout. Paramus High Schoolers essentially mob the free weights and machines.

If you do Zumba do Sally's class . She has good energy and makes the class fun while getting a good workout !

Come in the morning if you don't want to deal with the bros

Early mornings the gym is pretty empty. Love morning workouts with less traffic and less eyeballs.

Love the atmosphere and employees. Gary is the best!!

Don't bother trying to get in a decent workout between the hours of 4-10pm. Place has become so insanely crowded that its not worth wasting time or frustration. Would love to cancel my membership!

Movie theatre is a nice touch

If you are on the treadmill next to me, the answer is yes, we are racing.

@ night it may seem like there is no hot water for the showers ... Just give it 5 minutes and they'll warm up

Not a terrible gym , but a cheap membership = cheap atmosphere. World gym is just round the corner and a much better experience.
